| PADMANAVA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING Padmanava College Of Engineering is a premier engineering college situated in the western part of Orissa.It is situated in the heart of of the steel city Rourkela.it covers a prime land of more than seven acres of land. Padmanava College of Engineering (PCE),set up under the aegis of "Padmanava Education Trust " (PET)in 1999 , has some eminent personalities like Mr. T R Patanaik ,Engineer .D R Patnaik, its members . It is a registered non-government organisation dedicated for promoting and quality education in the state and the country as well . The head quarter of the trust is at Bhubaneswar. PCE .has been set up on a prime land (measuring over 7 acres) in the heart of the steel city, Rourkela. Away from the jostle bustle of city life , the institute constructed over an area of Thirty Seven thousand sq. ft. ,nestled amidst a lush green surroundings to add to its ambience, thus providing the right kind of atmosphere for pursuing educational activities of such demanding nature.
